Landscaper

Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the
position of landscaping. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Pay compensation is based on experience. The job is currently seasonal but has the potential to be full-time.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Responsible for the daily grass route in which you have been assigned and expected to complete in a timely manner
* Trim and mow assigned yards within our top-notch standards
* Cares for detail and completion of each yard or task assigned
* Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation over personal or group tasks in which you are overseeing
* Responsible for routine upkeep of equipment and cleaning as scheduled
* Attend various meetings of multi-departmental makeup
* Be willing to also perform various landscaping jobs such as but not limited to mulching, pruning, shrub trimming and leaf removal
* Daily fueling of vehicles and equipment
* Flexibility throughout as the weather is unpredictable and can adjust schedules
* Willingness to be used in other areas of the company if needed
* Participate in training activities to enhance job knowledge
* Leads crew members and labors on a day-to-day basis to ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended efficiency is met

Preferable But Not Required Qualifications:

* Ability/ Willingness to operate all yard maintenance power equipment such as zero turn mowers, hedgers, and trimmers
* Ability to use manual hand tools shovels, rakes, etc.
*Willingness to learn how to apply various fertilizer to plants, shrubs, trees, and turf
*Ability to drive and operate a truck and trailer
*Ability to lift 75+ Pounds
*Ability to clean sidewalks and parking lots of debris and leaves using backpack and hand blowers
*Knowledge of chainsaws, trimmers, mowers, edgers, and fertilizing equipment is a plus, but can be taught in a timely transitional period
